Start building your future with Clegg Construction as an Apprentice Construction Site Supervisor. You’ll gain hands-on experience delivering exciting, high-quality construction projects across the East Midlands and wider UK regions, while studying for a Level 4 Higher National Certificate at Nottingham Trent University.
Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.
What you'll do at work
- Supporting the site team with day-to-day management of live construction projects
- Assisting with site inductions, health and safety checks, and toolbox talks
- Helping coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
- Monitoring site progress, quality standards, and environmental responsibilities
- Attending design meetings and learning how projects move from plans to delivery
- Completing coursework and off-the-job training towards the Level 4 HNC qualification
- Learning to interpret drawings, specifications, and construction documentation
